Contact us within 24 hrs:

Reach out to us as soon as there is a need to claim, preferably within 24hrs. You can find our contact information on our company’s website. Be prepared to provide your certificate provided upon registration and personal details for identification purposes.

Explain the Emergency Situation:

Clearly explain the emergencysituation. Provide details such as the date, time, reason for emergency travel, and any relevant documentation or evidence (e.g., medical reports, death certificate, hospital admission letters, etc.).

Submit the Claim:

Send your claim application along with the supporting documentation through our email.

 Wait for Processing:

The claims process can take two working days, depending on the complexity of the claim and the workload of the insurance company. Be patient while we assess the claim and verify the information.

 Cooperate with us:

If we require additional information about your claim, be prompt in providing the requested details. This will help expedite the process.

Review the Settlement Offer:

Once we review your claim, we will provide a settlement offer. Carefully review the offer to ensure it aligns with the package you subscribe for.

Acceptance or Appeal:
